Golfsmith G-40+ Iron Heads:
Golfsmith's G40+ irons combine all the great playing characteristics of the G40 in a larger head size with a higher level of forgiveness. Like the G40, G40+ irons are precision cast from high-quality 8620 carbon steel to deliver a soft forged-type feel. They also feature a thin topline, minimal offset and tour grind sole. Nickel-chrome plated for durability and beauty. Head weights are 8-gram increments to aid in building a closely MOI matched iron set. There is very little difference in the G-40+ and the G-40. My choice would be the G-40+. All shafts will be electronically spine aligned and frequency matched. All sets will be bent to your lie angle at no extra cost to you.
Set comes with a True Temper high bend point shaft for low flight pattern. Grips are choice of Lamkin Crossline or Tour Velvet.
